Where is Little Disciples Learning Academy located?
Our local preschool is located in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico, and we welcome families from across the Riviera Maya.
What ages do you serve?
Our local preschool serves children ages 2.5–6 through three age-based cohorts: Little Lambs (2.5–3), Bright Arrows (3–4), and Kingdom Warriors (5–6).
How many children are in each class?
Each local cohort has a maximum of 8 students.
What is the school year?
The local preschool school year runs from September 28 through June 30. July and August are dedicated to weekly Vacation Bible School summer camps.
What happens during July and August?
Little Disciples offers weekly Vacation Bible School summer camps. Enrolled preschool students receive first access to registration.
Is Little Disciples a Christian preschool?
Yes. Faith is woven throughout the learning experience through Bible stories, prayer, Scripture, worship, character development, and age-appropriate conversations about God.
Does my child have to be potty trained?
Little Lambs (ages 2.5–3) must be at least potty training. Bright Arrows (ages 3–4) must be fully potty trained.
What days does each cohort attend?
Little Lambs meets Tuesday and Thursday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM. Bright Arrows meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM. Kingdom Warriors meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 12:30 PM–3:30 PM.
Do you offer online preschool?
Our current online offering is The Little Disciples TV, an on-demand YouTube learning experience. Live Zoom classes are coming soon.
What is The Little Disciples TV?
The Little Disciples TV is our on-demand YouTube library featuring Circle Time, Bible Story Time, original songs, crafts, movement, and early learning content.
Do you offer Parents Night Out?
Yes. Parents Night Out begins in October and is offered on fourth Fridays, bi-monthly, from 6:00 PM–10:00 PM for children ages 2 and up. Space is limited to 10 children, and the cost is $50 USD per child.
